My Journey

My path has been anything but conventional.
From life in the skies as a flight attendant and years as an international model traveling over 220 days per year,
to co-founding and leading a sustainable yoga fashion brand - each chapter taught me something vital about success, purpose, and what it truly means to build a life and business you love.

Today, I bring that experience to my work as a Business & Positive Psychology Coach, helping women turn their expertise and passion into profitable, sustainable brands.

Through my masterminds, certification programs, and private coaching, I guide coaches and entrepreneurs to simplify what feels overwhelming, focus on what truly moves the needle, and grow businesses that feel authentic, fulfilling, and free.

My Approach

Grounded in both science and strategy, my work draws on certifications in Positive Psychology and Life Coaching, as well as ongoing study in well-being, leadership, and longevity.

I’ve trained with and learned from leading mentors - Brooke Castillo, Rich Litvin, Steve Chandler, Steve Hardison, Peter Crone and Lindsay Dotzlaf - integrating their teachings into a method that’s both transformational and deeply practical.
